Common Threads with Sandra Farmer
The Asian Art Museum’s exhibition, Mood Indigo, illuminates tapestries from across the world that use vibrant indigo dye. Consider how we are all connected through the fabric we use by creating a communal weaving. Bring your own blue fabric scraps or old jeans.

My Favorite Things Experience, 6-8 pm
Logways, Coyoteways by Nat Evans
Nat Evans
will present a new site-specific event inside Mark Dion’s Neukom Vivarium. Logways, Coyoteways, is part live performance and part participatory event, based in concepts of deep ecology. Evans collected field recordings from the Green River Watershed where the Vivarium’s fallen Hemlock originated. Accompanying the field recordings is an original score based on the wildlife and topography of the location. Evans and collaborating musicians will be performing from 6-8 pm; at 7 pm you are invited to join in with a participatory event featuring kazoos and other simple instruments. The collective experience aims to create a sonic field guide in conversation with this piece of ecology-based art by Dion.

Food Trucks 5:45-7:45 pm
Off the Rez, Caravan Crepes, PlumPOP Up

Taste will also be serving wine, beer, cocktails and snacks.

Kids Corner in PACCAR Pavilion: 6-8 pm
